Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Artificial platform (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is intended for managing, orchestrating, and interacting with artificial intelligence agent systems. Artificial provides a hosted supervisory planning and coordination runtime powered by advanced reasoning models, while supporting standardized Model Context Protocol (MCP) adapters and optional developer Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) connectors for external execution runtimes. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party provider terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Accounts and Access

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

3. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content, documents, or data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your agent workflows or data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights, attempting to disrupt the Service, training competing foundation models, distilling model capabilities, or engaging in unauthorized credential pooling or session scraping.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service connects to third-party AI agents and cloud computers to execute workflows. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before using them in decision-making.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artificial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
